I wouldn’t say I’m an expert when it comes to olive oil, but I have to say this is delicious. This is a great flavor enhancer to make your food have a more spicy kick to it while still getting that olive flavor. I eat this with every meal, and the best is when eating it with bread. This is an excellent choice to use when cooking to add a more authentic flavor, but in all honesty you can add it onto anything. This is by far one of my favorite oils from Ricciardella imports and I highly recommend!

This is truly an exceptional olive oil. The high polyphenol content, known organic origin, and remarkable quality really set it apart from other oils I’ve tried. But what makes it special for me is the flavor—it has that authentic, old-world character that immediately takes me back to Puglia. The flavor is very authentic — the hot pepper is fresh; does not taste like an additive. We lived in Puglia, where the olive trees were part of everyday life, and we would have olives from our own garden milled into fresh olive oil. This oil brings back that same experience: the beautiful peppery finish, fresh olive flavor, and depth that you simply don’t find in ordinary olive oils. It tastes like tradition, authenticity, and a little piece of Puglia in every drop. Absolutely beautiful olive oil and one I will definitely continue to buy and recommend.
